This policy explains what personal information I collect when you visit Elite VIP Circle, join my email list or buy a product, why I collect it, and what your rights are. I keep it short and in plain English.

1. Who I am

Elite VIP Circle is the trading name of Natalie Agius, a sole trader based in the UK. I am the "data controller" for your information.

2. What I collect

• When you join my email list or download a free guide: your first name and email address.

• When you buy a product: your name, email address, what you bought, the price and date, and your checkout choices (including your agreement to the Terms and your consent to immediate download). Payment is handled by PayPal or our checkout provider. I never see or store your full card details.

• When you email me: your name, email address and whatever you choose to tell me.

• When you visit the blog or my pages: basic technical information such as your browser, device and pages visited, collected through cookies (see section 6).

3. Why I use it, and the legal basis

• To deliver what you bought and handle refunds or questions — because it is necessary to fulfil our contract.

• To send you emails with tips, new articles and offers — because you gave your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.

• To keep sales and tax records — because the law requires it.

• To understand how the website is used and improve it — because I have a legitimate interest in running a useful website.

4. Who I share it with

I do not sell your information. I use a small number of trusted services to run the business, and they process your information only on my instructions:

• Systeme.io — email list, sales pages, checkout and product delivery

• PayPal — payment processing

• Google (Blogger) — hosting the blog

I may also share information if the law requires it (for example, with HMRC).

5. How long I keep it

• Email list details: until you unsubscribe, or after two years without any engagement.

• Order and payment records: six years, to meet tax and accounting rules.

• Emails you send me: as long as needed to help you, then deleted.

6. Cookies

The blog and my pages use cookies to work properly and to show basic visitor statistics. The blog is hosted by Google, which also sets cookies; you can read how Google uses information at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

7. Affiliate links

Some articles contain affiliate links. If you click one and buy, the retailer may use cookies to record that you came from my site so I can earn a small commission. I do not receive your personal details from them.

8. Where your information is stored

Some of my providers store data outside the UK. Where they do, they use legally approved safeguards to protect it.

9. Your rights

You have the right to:

• see the information I hold about you

• ask me to correct it

• ask me to delete it

• object to or restrict how I use it

• withdraw your consent to emails at any time

• ask for a copy of your data to take elsewhere

10. Complaints

If you are unhappy with how I have handled your information, please tell me first so I can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

11. Changes

I may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated.
